Horticulture at Sustainapalooza 2025
February 28, 2025On Monday, February 24, 2025, the Iowa State University Organic Agriculture and Urban Agriculture programs hosted a booth at Sustainapalooza 2025. With the theme, “Our Green Community, Our Sustainable Future” participants were able to learn about organic farming practices, pick up stickers, and support urban ag. Horticulture program staff, Josiah Pollock, Karenna Petersen and Graham Sandersfeld, shared information with many individuals and acquired contact information for those wishing to learn more about sustainable and organic farming methods.
