Advice to students: What you take away from an educational experience is up to you. Posted next to my computer is a quote by Colin Powell which I see every morning. It reads "If you are going to achieve excellence in big things, you develop the habit in little matters. Excellence is not an exception, it is a prevailing attitude." Be engaged, be inquisitive, be curious.
